Berry Berry Thick Yummy Smoothie

I discovered this smoothie recipe on the inside of the printed label on a 500g box of frozen berries. I had already used the berries for something else, so I bought fresh ingredients and tried my own variation on this recipe. The result was a creamy tasty yoghurt berry drink, thick enough to eat with a spoon!

The origin of the recipe, and the result with a slight twist..
Berry Berry Thick Yummy Smoothie
(serves 2)
Ingredients:
- 125g fresh blueberries
- 125g fresh raspberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp honey
Note: For fresh berries try Woolworths.
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.. Eat with a spoon if need be! For a more liquidy drink, add 1/2 cup of milk to the mixture before blending.
