Butternut Soup

This was my first attempt at soup, and it came out AWESOME, by far the best butternut soup I’ve ever had. The main ingredients, I will admit, were all in a pre-packaged Woolworths pack. You owe it to yourself to get a packet of this and make it up. The best part about this though, is that the ingredients of the packet can be bought separately and you really can do this all yourself (I have listed the ingredients below).

Berry Berry Thick Yummy Smoothie

I discovered this smoothie recipe on the inside of the printed label on a 500g box of frozen berries. I had already used the berries for something else, so I bought fresh ingredients and tried my own variation on this recipe. The result was a creamy tasty yoghurt berry drink, thick enough to eat with a spoon!
